Problem
Attachments arriving by email have to be opened, identified and filed by hand before the information inside them is usable.
Solution
Watches inbound Gmail for attachments.
Uses Gemini to identify the document and extract its key fields.
Files the document to the correct Drive location and logs the extraction to Sheets.
