Role — Workflow architecture, n8n implementation and AI intake design.
Problem
Inbound customer requests arrive in inconsistent shapes and have to be read, classified and recorded by hand before anyone can act on them.
Solution
Accepts intake through a webhook endpoint rather than a fixed form.
Uses AI text generation to structure the request into consistent fields.
Writes the structured record to a spreadsheet or Airtable base and notifies by email.
