Problem
Getting project data into accounting means exporting, reshaping and re-entering the same records every cycle.

Solution
Pulls project records from Asana on a schedule.
Reshapes them into the format the Xero API expects.
Writes a CSV and a reconciliation sheet alongside the API push.
